Staying for long hours under the sun can cause sunburn, a usual problem of most people during summer. If we can’t afford to see a doctor or a dermatologist, here are some of the effective home treatment measures that could provide some relief from a mild sunburn:

• Use cool cloths and damp on sunburned areas.
• Take frequent cool showers or baths.
• Apply soothing lotions that contain aloe vera to sunburned areas.
• If you have aloe vera on your gardens, you may also take out it’s gel and apply it directly to the affected area.

Sometimes, a sunburn can cause a mild fever and a headache. Try to relax. Lie down in a cool, quiet room to relieve the headache. A headache may also be caused by dehydration, so drinking ample fluids may help.

At any rate, we can avoid or prevent sunburn by using high in SPF lotion or sunblocks. We could also opt to have swimming at night instead.

Brad Pitt’s ex-wife just had her hair cut and then suddenly, women all over the world tried searching for a photo of Jen and her new hairstyle. She had quite a major haircut when she decided to chop off more than half the length of her previous beachy layered locks and got herself an angular bob.

I know I promised to had my hair trimmed every month but due to my busy schedule and the agony of waiting for my hair to grow longer as fast as it can, the monthly trimming got a cross mark from my monthly calendar.

Here are the rules of thumb when selecting the right bangs.

.Oval Face – the oval faced folks can wear any type of style or hair. This includes bangs which can be worn in just about any style. Of course hair type, texture, length and condition should be considered.

70’s - a decade of long flowing skirts and decadent glamour is definitely the trend this 2011 summer. Long or Maxi dresses will be a key part of this trend as will colourful floral dresses, jumpsuits and flared trousers. So i bet it’s a nice idea to check on your old mom’s clothes and find which among those are still wearable or at least alterable.lol!

Showing off a laidback fashion style doesn’t mean you won’t look fabulous. And besides, it’s just for casual days like when you’re going to the mall, to the movies, to the park, or even when you go shopping.

Nicole Richie is one of my fashion icons. In this photo, Nicole is wearing an oversized long-sleeved tee made of light fabric and cut-out denim shorts. What spiced up her wardrobe is the orange moccasin.

Who says you can only do layering when it’s cold? Soft, lightweight fabrics can be layered for hot months. Cheryl Cole layered a baggy long sleeved tee over a white tank top and paired it with, again, cut-out denim shorts perfectly paired with the hat and face-hugging sunglasses.

Tees like this one on Lindsay Lohan is very comfy when the sun’s too hot since it’s made of sheer fabric. It looks good on lazy pants or leggings. The over-all look is simple, casual, and very feminine.
