During his Regis and Kelly interview, Tom Hanks discussed his upcoming HBO war series “The Pacific” which is also from Steven Spielberg and Gary Goetzman. The new HBO show covers the Pacific Theater of World War II in a ten part miniseries starting March 14th. Hanks also discussed mentioned his first ever Time Magazine cover which seemed to excite the actor.

So what exactly is the mistake made? Tom Hanks mistakingly called Kelly Ripa “Kathie Lee” in reference to Kathie Lee Gifford the former co-host of the show. Kelly Ripa corrected Hanks that she’s been a host for nine years now. Regis Philbin said “Everybody used to love Tom Hanks”. Hanks of course apologized to Kelly for the mistake.

Later on after the Tom Hanks slip up on live TV, Ripa got another jab in, but all in good humor. It was brought up that Hanks was a presenter at this year’s Oscars show. Normally it is the previous year’s actor winners who present the awards in the acting categories, so Kelly chimed in “Oh I guess, well you didn’t win last year”. Hanks asked if his nose was bleeding from the serious “pop” he just took in the face, but again there doesn’t appear to be any bad blood between “Kelly Ripa” and Tom Hanks. No comment has been made by Kathie Lee at this time about Tom Hanks on Regis and Kelly either.

Being so glued to work and don’t even find enough time to rest could lead to burn out and even worse health risks. This is actually an article written by Chinese health expert Dr. Maoshing Ni which I have read in his section under Yahoo Health. I modified the article to make it a little shorter.

Find your way to fight burn out with these five easy steps:

1. Revive and restore with naps. Take a nap during the day, about 30 minutes or less. According to research, naps have some reviving benefits such as enhanced cognitive function, better reaction time, stress relief, and better overall health. Well, this is Albert Einstein’s favorite activity. But if you think taking a nap consumes much of your time, even a 5-minute break could help you boost your energy, reduce stress, and help you relax.

2. Schisandra soothes and rejuvenates. Schisandra is a berry which is grown in Asia and is popular energy tonic that revitalizes the senses, enhances both physical endurance and mental concentration, and soothes the nerves. It is also a food supplement and is taken to calm anxiety, with the maximum dosage of 200mg per day. Also, there’s a formula called Super Clarity, which uses Chinese herbs to provide abundant energy, focus the mind, sharpen the sense, and minimize stress.

3. Get your blood flowing to release tension. Stress hormone cortisol is a direct cause of muscle and joint pain. To release physical tension and emotional blockages, you can do any of the following – regular exercise, massage therapy, tai chi, qi gong, yoga. These activities keep energy flowing. Five minutes of deep breathing is also another way of reducing stress. Do this in your exercise daily.

4. Create a buffer zone at home. So what is a buffer zone? It’s not actually a place but the time you give yourself the moment you reach home and before you do any other chore. Have 20-30 minutes of buffer time before you continue a task at home. Do other activities that are calming like listening to your favorite soundtrack or taking a shower to restore your energy.

5. Take a time-out from technology. According to Dr. Mao’s article, information overload can create high blood pressure and heart disease particularly those in the midlife stage where the tolerance for stress is lesser. Taking loads of information for a lot of times within the day could be really stressful. So to minimize stress and preserve your energy, take some time away from technology. Take a break from using the computer, watching TV or nibbling your mobile phone.

Are there any Fashion Wars cheats? The truth is, there’s none. Fashion Wars is all about gaming strategies and knowing what matters in you game.

How to level-up faster in Fashion Wars? In this application you’ll have to go through each level by attending events which could earn you popularity and cash. But it’s quite difficult in terms of the requirements. And Fashion Wars have no cheats for that. Most of the time you have to buy an item twice or thrice from the shop and that only means you need to have more and more cash.

By the way, when you begin the appllication, you can choose among three types of divas you want: Party Queen, Money Honey, Yoga Diva. You can change what you have chosen in the future by clicking the “Change to a new character type” under the Goodie Bag tab. Changing your character will cost you 15 favor points.

How to earn favor points? You’ll get more favor points each time you reach a new level. If having more posse is your biggest concern, there are ‘add me’ groups on Facebook which you can join.

I think many of us look back at our high school yearbook photos in horror, or at best bemusement, but not Megan Fox. Her yearbook picture shows she was already hot in high school, and you can already feel the raw charisma that would later make her a star.
